Durbanville based solar company in need of a suitably qualified 3 Phase Installation Electrician. They are seeking a skilled or qualified Electrician to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical work, with experience in both single-phase and three-phase systems. You will play a critical role in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar energy systems - minimum of 3 – 5 years' experience.Responsibilities:Installation: Perform installation of solar power systems, including mounting and wiring of solar panels, inverters, and other electrical components.Maintenance and Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.Compliance and Safety: Adhere to safety standards and electrical codes, ensuring all installations comply with local regulations.Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, providing them with detailed explanations of the installation process and system operations.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of installations, services performed, and customer interactions.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the project manager and other team members to ensure timely and successful project completion.Qualifications:N3 equivalent Electrical qualification (NQF 4), Electrician Trade.Must be a qualified electrician with a valid trade tested certification through an accredited institution.Must have a Wireman's License (3 phase).Red Seal qualification would be highly advantageous.Minimum of 3 - 5 years' experience within this industry.Licenses: Valid driver's license & own reliable transport.No criminal record.Must be willing to travel nationally.Skills:Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and blueprints.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Physical Requirements: Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.Training: Willingness to undergo additional training as provided by the company.Excellent communicator, self-driven and able to lead a team.Willing to work overtime.If you are interested in this opportunity, apply with your most recent resume & supporting documents.Please note should you not receive a response from us within 7 working days; kindly consider your application unsuccessful.
