Position located in Pinetown.Terms: 3 month Accounts Payable/ Creditors contract - immediate start.Industry: Commercial vehicles.Contract entails full creditors function such as:Processing invoicesRaising purchase ordersCreditors reconsPreparing supplier payment scheduleAttending to creditors queriesFilling out new credit applicationsLoading all new creditors on the systemProcessing payments on the bankCapturing payments on the systemFuel account reconsMonthly reporting to Head OfficeVariance reportingEnsure all income and expenditure is captured on the cashbookDaily Bank reconsPreparation and processing of month end and year end journalsPreparation and review of monthly General Ledger reconciliations before submission for approvalCompilation of monthly fuel reportsAssist with the drafting of Policies and procedures, and compliance theretoCompletion of monthly VAT computation and compilation of supporting documents for submission to Head officeCompile and analyse accounting trends and prepare statistical variances reportsGood experience for an entry-level candidate.Jump on this opportunity!
