2Nd Line Support Engineer

Second Line Support Engineer - Hybrid / Remote About the Job @Uptime provide white label Staff Augmentation, IT Support and NOC services to MSPs enabling them to extend the services they can offer their customers.
This role involves working with a leading US based MSP.
Training and development are in our core values.
Responsibilities: Providing 2nd Line support to a large client base (SME).
Being able to act as a skilled point of escalation from L1 is key.
An MSP background is preferred.  Skills: MS Windows Server: 2012, 2016, 2019.
Microsoft 365.
Azure & Azure AD.
Microsoft 365.
MS Exchange 2010 and above.
Remote Desktop Server implementations.
Networking - VLAN's, Routers / Bridging.
Security - Firewalls such as SonicWall, Fortinet, Cisco.
Endpoint protection, AV • Security best practices.
Virtualisation – Hyper V & VMware.
Backups.
