2X Doctor Detail Representative - Gauteng North & Gauteng South

Our well-established client in the pharmaceutical industry has a vacancy available for a Doctor Detail Representative in Gauteng North & Gauteng South.Responsibilities:Educate scripting doctors on specific productsDisplace the competitors using clinical evidence on the company's productsImplement the marketing strategy on the brandMake appointments and call timeously on the doctorsIncrease our products' market sharesWork closely with the sales counterpart to ensure stock availabilityAchieve 9 calls per dayMaintain a daily appointment ratio of 75% or moreManage customer split (specialist and GP split)Responsible for Territory Management:Visit 90% of customers every cycle (6 weeks)Grade customers (80% of customers either (A most important doctors or B second most important or C additional doctors)Day trips cannot exceed a 120km radiusProduct Knowledge:Regular updates on productsAchieve a minimum of 85% on product assessmentsContinuous training on the company's productsAdministration:Complete weekly planners, expenses, and plan country tripsDaily completion of calls with comments on repwiseOther ad-hoc smart sheets and reportsAnalyse data on Power BI and define plans per customerMarket Share:Script target achieved for each productAchieve strategy for the brand, e.g., Number 1 prescribed in its categoryMinimum Requirements:Education:Bachelor's degree within the medical field e.g., Biokinetics, Physiotherapy, or other.Experience:Rookie or experienced.Skills/Physical Competencies:Computer literateBasic understanding of Microsoft OfficeBehavioural Qualities:Able to work under pressureStrong-mindedDeadline drivenSelf-disciplinedGood time management skillsPlanning and organisingGood communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsAble to present a professional imageTravel:The role holder will travel 90% of their time on a mixture of planned and ad-hoc business travel, staying away from home on a regular basis.
