We are currently seeking a Sales Consultant to join our team at Ctrack.  This position is exclusively available to individuals residing in Klerksdorp.
Main purpose: The main purpose of this position is to confidently sell and market Ctrack's solution stack to new customers within the Fleet and SMB market segments.
Ensuring monthly sales targets are met at optimum profitability whilst delivering excellent customer service.
This role is responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and converting leads into new business opportunities.
Sales Consultant Key Responsibilities: Contribute to the growth profit of the portfolio Ensure that the business target is achieved or exceeded by selling and promoting the Ctrack solution stack to new customers.
Ensure that the cold calling target is met with the customer visitation strategy.
Ensure that a minimum of 3 new customer presentations are achieved per day.
Ensure that a solutions stack selling methodology is adopted and driven through your customer engagements.
Ensure that opportunities entered into the Ctrack pipeline are accurate and managed on a weekly basis with respect to days in thepipeline and constant customer engagement and visitation to ensure quick close of the opportunities.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads, track sales activities, and follow up on inquiries in a timely manner.
Achieve and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction: Ensure that a first-call resolution culture is adopted and driven in terms of all types of customer communication.
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand prospective clients' requirements and challenges.
Ensure that you are fully trained and comfortable with the entire Ctrack solutions stack.
Present product demonstrations and articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
Ensure that your customer service index (CSI) remains above a 90% threshold.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives.
Negotiate terms and pricing agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to onboarding new clients.
Customer retention Ensure that preventable churn within your partner's customer base is measured and managed in line with a zero-churn culture.
General Responsibilities Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify potential leads and develop sales strategies accordingly.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports for management review.
Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network with potential clients and promote our products or services.

Effective time management to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity.  Utilization of CRM systems and sales tools to track activities, manage pipelines, and schedule follow-ups.

Technical Competencies: Prospecting and Lead Generation Ability to identify and research potential clients or target accounts.
Proficiency in using various prospecting methods such as cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking.
Skills in generating qualified leads and booking appointments or demos for the sales team.

Focus on providing value and building long-term relationships rather than just making a sale.
Product and Industry Knowledge  Understanding of the company's products or services and their value proposition.
Knowledge of the industry landscape, trends, and competitive offerings.
Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospects.
Sales  Acumen Understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies.
Knowledge of the sales cycle and the ability to move leads through the pipeline.                                                                                                           Skills in qualifying leads based on prospect fit, budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT criteria).
Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field .
Have/Studying towards a Degree/Diploma - Sales & Marketing/Business Administration/Relevant  would be an advantage .
Experience: Minimum of 2 - 4 years relevant experience Proven track record of success in Sales, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in B2B sales Skills : Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Strong prospecting and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage decision-makers at target companies.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage pipelines, track activities, and generate reports.
Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative.
