Essential Skills & Experience: 8 years of functional experience in SAP EWM & WM. Experience in logistics and supply chain industries. Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex technical and operational tasks. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in business process modeling, quality management, and SAP methodologies. Key Responsibilities: Implement the product vision and roadmap. Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical requirements (SAP). Manage the product backlog and prioritize business requirements for review and approval. Use business process modeling and conceptual prototypes to ensure high-quality deliverables. Lead internal and external consultants, ensuring the quality of their outputs. Manage the resolution of production support tickets, ensuring SLA adherence. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align IT and business requirements. Proactively identify improvements to enhance business processes and maximize product value. Oversee the performance of feature teams, ensuring successful implementation and delivery of product scopes.
