As a Key Account Manager, you will assist in the achievement of sales and product targets through proactive engagement with customers and stakeholders, as well as liaise effectively with vendors and the sales team to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration.
In addition, you will be required to plan an approach to achieve allocated monthly targets, identify means of engaging with clients to build sound relationships, organise specific events for clients in collaboration with Marketing and provide forecasting input to Product Managers using knowledge of market dynamics.
