Implementation and Maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS)Conducting Quality AuditsHandling of Internal and External Customer ComplaintsQuality Management DocumentationStakeholder ManagementBudget ManagementCorporate Governance & Risk ManagementQualification / Experience - National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Quality Management
- SAQI Certificate in Quality Control or Quality Assurance would be advantageous
- 5 years' experience in quality management
Knowledge - Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements/standards
- Sound knowledge of ISO 9000 standards
- Knowledge of financial principles
