Furthermore ensuring full compliance with service/company procedures. Special focus in assuring quality service to all customers and full compliance to H&S measures.Conduct regular infield reviews/assessments with service technicians to monitor abilitiesContinued communication and interaction with external clientsH&S Branch Audits - Pest ControlNew Product trialsInternal Training and Customer EducationEnsuring quality Rentokil Services and Installations through QA Checks = 10 Calls per week (All new installations and upgrades, Existing Clients, Top Tier, High Risk)Assist in basic installations from time to time.Complying with RISA codes of practice: Code of Conduct, Ensure Compliance with Legislation and RegulationsAssist Customers with Audit preparations, ensuring all documentation is at hand and up to date.Follow up on actions and recommendations to ensure compliance between Rentokil and CustomerCompile and communicate Monthly QA reportsEnsure all H&S Practices are in place for PPE/PPC and report on non-compliance.Ensure the correct use of company Approved Product List (APL) and report on non-compliance.BenefitsAre you interested?
