To support and maintain NRCS business applications, web applications and associated software by ensuring all business applications are up to date, functioning correctly and are appropriate for end-user requirements.
Responsibilities Support of Business Applications Systems Requirements Definition Administration of IT Systems Administer New ICT Services Support Internal IT Systems Quality Assurance on Applications Qualification / Experience National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Computer Science / Information Technology or relevant IT qualification and Certified Business Analysis Professional/Business Analysis Body of Knowledge Certification 5 years in an ICT environment in ICT Business Applications Support Certificates in MS SQL report writing, MS SharePoint, ITIL and SAGE will be added advantage Knowledge Technical knowledge of business systems IT business applications environment, with specific reference to business applications. Technical knowledge of all IT assets and their related components. Programming and coding on relevant software and business applications. Installation and maintenance procedures for the various software and hardware used within the organization.
