Monitor Compliance with Compulsory Specifications and Technical RegulationsAppropriate sanctions for non-complianceProcess Applications for Letters of Authority, Sales Permits and CertificatesNRCS Quality Management System (QMS)Stakeholder relationshipsQualification / ExperienceNational Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Electrical EngineeringMust be willing to travelWill be required to undergo training for a period of 18 – 24 monthsKnowledgeSound knowledge of the NRCS Act; Sound knowledge of the Legal Metrology act; Sound knowledge of the legislation and regulations related to area of specialty which may include but is not limited to the Promotion of Administrative Justice Act, Customs Excise Act, Police Act, PFMA, PAJA, SANS, ISO, Consumer Protection Act, Legal Metrology Act, Occupational Health and Safety Act, National Road Traffic Act, Sound knowledge of risk assessments;
