Production Team Leader

A Tissue manufacturing company in Kempton Park is looking for an experienced supervisor from similar industry to join their team. Successful candidate should have: Matric National Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology/Chemical Engineering BTech degree and Supervisory Development Programme will be an added advantage. Min of 5 years in paper/tissue manufacturing environment. Computer literacy (MS Office) WMS knowledge Self-Driven Analytic skills Excellent communication skills.   Duties and responsibilities include: Responsible for the efficiency of the Paper machines on a shift basis. Effectively managing costs within the production budget. Effective management of safety, health, and environment. Mini business manager and control over equipment including Autonomous maintenance. Lead, coach, and mentor of the manufacturing team on shift. Check sheets and adherence to Manufacturing Excellence.
