Electrical Design Engineer

Interface with customers to prioritize design resources and delegate tasks to engineering personnel.Direct and guide design engineers on technical matters, ensuring compliance with standards.Monitor project timelines, communicate non-compliance, and ensure technical soundness.Expertise in Electrical Wiring Design (2D, 3D, Schematics) and Control Module Integration.Undergo internal and external design reviews for soundness and compliance.Perform CAD Design (3D Modeling, Create 2D Drawings, Maintain Bill of Materials) within the customer's PDM system.Ensure support for custom order engineering requests and manage design projects (medium to long term), priority projects (short term), and administrative tasks.Skills & Experience:Minimum 3+ years of post-graduate experience in the electrical design environment.Flexibility in overseas traveling for variable periods based on specific project needs.Qualification:BEng/BSc/BTech in Electrical EngineeringSouth African CitizenshipOnly South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.ContactWIEDAAD LEEMANon
