Qualified Millwright: Welkom, Free state Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience Requirements:  Grade 12  Qualified Millwright (Red Seal Certificate)  Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Millwright within a Milling plant   environment  Willing to relocate at own cost.
Responsibilities: Responsible for assembling and installing milling equipment, such as conveyor belts, grinders, crushers, and other mechanical systems.  Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and repair machinery to prevent downtime.
This includes replacing worn-out parts, lubricating machinery, and ensuring that equipment runs efficiently.
Ensure that machines are aligned properly to optimize performance.
This can involve adjusting and aligning motors, gears, and other mechanical components to maintain smooth operations.
Inspect equipment for any signs of malfunction or wear, using specialized tools to diagnose problems before they become major issues.
Ensure that all machinery complies with safety standards and regulations, working to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
