It Technician (In Field)

We are looking for a Wifi Technician that has experience with router installations and maintenance.
You would be required have a motorcycle licence and live in Cape Town, preferably near Khayelitsha, Langa, Wynberg or Nyanga.
Job Purpose Responsible for maintaining and managing in-field equipment, uptime, and relevant repairs.
Investigation of router issues, reprovisioning and feedback to head office on findings.
Router installation projects required to expand the companys network across all relevant areas and regions.
Duties and Responsibilities The performance of maintenance processes on all relevant equipment and hardware systems.
The troubleshooting and consolidation of meaningful data that is useful in refining pre-existing maintenance and monitoring methods.
The development and testing of preventive maintenance methodologies and schedules.
Assist with the training and upskilling of maintenance teams and individuals in performing routine repairs.
Assist with the installation of the router network, as and when required.
Key Performance Areas Complete maintenance assignments within the desired MTTR (mean-time-to-repair).
Cite and report back on equipment issues as and when discovered.
The methodical completion of maintenance checklists following the resolution of maintenance assignments.
The systematic completion of all Quickbase / software requirements within the scope of a Technicians role.
