Job DescriptionOne of our clients is looking for a SAGE X3 consultant to join their team.
You will be responsible for:
Delivery of high-quality support services in line with Sage standards that meet client requirements and support ongoing client relationships.Resolving client and partner problems and queries in an effective and timely manner.Liaising effectively with above country Vendor support desk.Logging and keeping current all problems via a Problem Management SystemCommunicating with clients and partners regarding the progress of actions on assigned problemsEnsure management are aware of potential areas for potential problems, product enhancements and partner educational requirements.Maintain regular client communication and support client management strategiesAchieve and maintain the required level of skills and competencies to perform the role, including product knowledgeQualificationsDegree/ND Finance or Information TechnologySage X3 Certification desiredSkills3+ Years Experience in SAGE X3 SupportKnowledge of MS DynamicsCrystal ReportingMust be willing to work UK hoursBenefitsFully Remote
