Workshop Manager (Bikes)

Motorbike Workshop Manager - West Rand Motorbike dealership based on the West Rand is looking for a Workshop Manager to join their team.
Duties: Manage and lead the service department Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, staff supervision, and work allocation.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback  Ensure the timely and quality servicing and repairs of motorcycles.
Maintain inventory and order parts as needed Monitor workshop performance, set targets, and implement improvements.
Requirements: Valid driver's license (motorbike license essential) Proven experience in managing a motorbike or vehicle service department.
