Workshop Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Equipment Maintenance: Assist in the cleaning, maintenance, and minor repair of cleaning equipment and tools. Inventory Management: Organize and manage stock levels, ensuring tools and supplies are readily available. Workshop Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workshop environment. Quality Control: Inspect tools and products for defects and ensure they meet company standards before dispatch. Delivery Assistance: Prepare items for delivery, including packing and labeling, and occasionally assist with deliveries. Support Team Operations: Assist technicians and staff with hands-on tasks and administrative support as required. Qualifications and Skills: Prior experience in a workshop or similar environment (preferred but not mandatory). Basic knowledge of tool usage and maintenance. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Physical fitness, with the ability to lift and carry moderate weights. Basic computer skills for inventory and reporting purposes (desirable).
