Workshop Administration Controller

THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE We are looking for an experienced Workshop Admin Controller for a multibranched dealership. You will be acting as the right-hand person to the Workshop Manager, where you will take responsibility for handling the administrative overload, generating and analysing reports, assisting service advisors, costing and warranty clerks with any overload and ensuring administrative procedures are followed and dealer standards are met. Our client would prefer someone already living in the area, or who is prepared to relocate at short notice. Job Requirements Matric Certificate A Valid Drivers License Versatile and willing to assist where needed At least 3 years of good overall knowledge of all workshop administration, including costing, warranties, job cards, production planning and reporting in a franchised dealership Working knowledge of Keyloop/CDK/Drive is preferred Good communication skills Excellent planning and organisational skills You will need the following documents to apply.
