Workforce Analyst

We're looking for a talented Workforce Analyst!
Location:  Redial Johannesburg Schedule: Monday to Friday Days off: Saturday and Sunday Schedule availability: 0700 to 1600 PST Holidays: Observed by law Availability to work holidays if necessary, exchanging days off Main activities: Responsible of updating all roster changes, leaves of absence, etc.
Onboard users for all new classes an offboard discharges Uploading schedules, breaks and lunches Keeping track of scheduling and staffing needs projections Main Requirements: Experience in a similar role, as a Work Force intraday agent or scheduler Excel–Intermediate to advanced level Advanced English level, great spoken and written grammar Great communication skills Open to feedback Analytic College degree or diploma preferred Experience using Power Bi Ring Central is a plus
