Warehouse ManagerOur client, a leading health supplement and nutrition manufacturer, is looking for a Warehouse Manager to join their team at their North Riding plant.To manage and control the warehouse in all aspects of the operation to ensure that the business processes are conducted efficiently daily. Should be proficient in planning, warehouse control, housekeeping and maintenance, budgeting as well as risk management and safety.Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage the warehouse and all operations thereof.Ensure sufficient flow of procedures within the warehouse and maintain floor productivity.Work under pressure, delegating and reorganizing tasks and staff to ensure various tasks are attended to.Work alongside Stock Controller to ensure space management and inventory control of stock.Plan and assist with the logistics of deliveries.Oversee the team's functions and duties, ensuring they are carried out correctly.Ensure all stocks that enter and exit the warehouse are recorded correctly, accounted for, and stored safely.Ensure QC control over all stock items kept within the warehouse.Supervise and assist with receiving and dispatching all stock items.Ensure all safety procedures are followed by the staff.Desired Experience & QualificationMatric with relevant Degree/Diploma/Certificate.10 Years' experience in a warehouse environment.5-10 Years' management/supervisor experience within a warehouse in the FMCG industry.Experience dealing with HR matters (e.g., hearings/consultations with fellow staff within the warehouse).Knowledge of Quality Control procedures.Experience with receiving and dispatch.Understanding of batch numbers and traceability.Intermediate MS Excel skills.MS Outlook proficiency.Experience with Unleashed Software or similar stock inventory systems would be beneficial.Interested?Apply/email CV to: ****** Subject Line: Warehouse/Operations Manager
