The Warehouse Clerk will be responsible for maintaining inventory records, processing orders, and ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse.

Tasks Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate inventory records by updating stock information regularly.
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including preparing shipping documents and labels.
Verify the accuracy of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
Assist in the coordination of deliveries and pickups with transport companies.
Perform regular stock counts and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Controller.
Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety standards.
Assist with packing, labeling, and storing goods as needed.
Support warehouse operations by handling administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
Requirements Qualifications and Experience: Previous experience as a Warehouse Clerk or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of warehouse management software (WMS).
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
