Position: Waiters/essKey Responsibilities:Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant or barTake food and beverage orders accurately and efficientlyServe food and beverages in a timely mannerEnsure that guests have a pleasant and enjoyable dining experienceAssist with setting up and clearing tablesMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant and bar areaHandle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional mannerCollaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth serviceUpsell menu items and promote special offers to guestsFollow all safety and sanitation proceduresAttend training sessions and meetings as requiredRequirements:Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not requiredExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work well in a team and under pressureAttention to detail and the ability to multitaskWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFluent in English, additional languages are a plusMust be at least 21 years oldMust have a valid passport and be able to obtain necessary visas and travel documentsMust be able to pass a background check and drug test
