SALES:
Skills in building your Team to be able to sell ice to an eskimo.
Ability to ensure a transparent sales process highlighting pros and cons and never selling on incentives in order to maintain a customer for life relationship.
Our sales methods should always focus on building trust with a customer.
Managing prepaid traders and canvassers to go out and sell starter packs and canvass new contracts to grow customer base.
HUMAN RESOURCES:
Ability to read people in order to manage recruitment and development of your Team.
Having excellent coaching skills so that you are able to build the Team to become high achievers and maintain the best customer relationships.
Lead by example and able to maintain a high standard of motivation and a ONE Team Spirit.
Able to manage people conflict and time management to be able to achieve the best productivity levels.
Creating an environment that makes your Team love what they do and always wanting to be at work.
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION & FINANCE:
Overseeing operationally all administrators, creditors, shop fittings and IT, stock management and compliance to Vodacom business rules.
You will make sure your store always looks its best.
MARKETING & PROMOTIONS:
You will ensure that your store meets or exceeds sales goals, and that means overseeing all programs and initiatives related to product launches, festive deals, Black Friday offers etc.
Along the way, you'll stay current on all our technology so that you can be an expert for your team and your customers, merchandising and arranging aggressive promotions.
CUSTOMER SERVICES:
Complete ownership of all customer related processes with 100% ability to ensure customer experience.
When it comes to the customer experience at your store, the buck stops with you, as you ensure that each person gets an unforgettable experience and a custom-fit solution to their wireless needs.
Experience and Qualifications:
This is the big leagues. You've got a lot of responsibility and people looking to you for guidance and leadership. Ready to bring it? Good. Here's a little more on what we're looking for:
A high school degree is essential, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Matric certificate and all certificates of accomplishment must accompany your detailed updated CV.
You've got solid computer proficiency.
You've got prior sales and sales management experience with a customer focused Retailer.
This includes previous consultative sales in consumer technology, coupled with a demonstrated record of high achievement.
You've also got experience in operational, financial and performance management, having previously managed site profit and loss.
You've also got a unique ability to lead and coach people to deliver great results.
People who know you would say you're an amazing communicator, both with customers and team mates.
Previous Vodacom systems experience (UCS, VPP, M2, Skyline and C3D) is advantageous.

Competitive base pay (negotiable based on experience) plus unlimited commissions (BEST IN THE INDUSTRY GUARANTEED).
Monthly commission earning +/- 20k to 30k + supplier incentives.
Medical Aid & Retirement annuity after 1 year of service.

Trading hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 6.30pm
Saturday: 8.00am to 5.30pm
Sunday and Public Holiday: 8:30am to 5.30pm
Work alternate Sundays.
You will work 26 days a month and get two Sundays and two weekdays OFF per month.
