Tasks Key Responsibilities: Manage calendars appointments and emails for executives or team members Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry document preparation and file management Handle customer inquiries and provide support through phone email or chat Conduct online research and compile reports as needed Coordinate meetings and virtual conferences Manage social media accounts or assist with content creation (if required) Requirements Requirements: Matric/Grade 12 qualification or equivalent Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other remote work tools (e.g.
