The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining a safe environment for the people. This includes securing premises by monitoring surveillance equipment or by patrolling activities. The VIP officers are expected to prevent loss and theft and report any irregularities or suspicious acts.
With Hollywoodbets You Will: Innovate and create as part of a like-minded, authentic Team eager to achieve goals.Embrace challenges and the thrill of working in a vibrant and fast-paced industry.Grow with our development plans and culture that allows you to further your career.You Bring: 1-2 years Security experienceRegistered with PSIRA (Private Security Industry Regulatory Authority)A Bonus To Have: Valid driver's LicenseWhat You'll Do For The Brand: VIPs must be present 15 minutes before the branch opens.Conduct a perimeter patrol before the branch opens.Check around the premises for any suspicious movements before the branch is opened.Conduct a floor walk once the branch is open, to observe all is in order.Ensure all observation checks are completed before the Branch Manager / Senior Team Leader continues with their daily checks.Patrolling should include inside and outside the branch entrance, back areas, and all parking areas.Ensure all two-way radios are fully charged for early morning usage and report faulty equipment immediately.Ensure all panic buttons and two-way radios are in good working condition.Conduct searches of all guests entering the branch, including team members.Direct traffic on the premises and ensure the free flow of foot traffic.Ensure compliance with closing procedures for security.Attend branch meetings when notified by the Branch Manager.Assist when receiving stock, conducting alarm tests, and submitting daily reports by 10:00 am.Guest Service Ensure to greet guests warmly and provide excellent service at all times.Proactively address guest complaints and ensure feedback is communicated effectively.Create a guest-centric culture within the branch.Wish guests farewell and invite them to return.Compliance Ensure full uniform compliance before the beginning of your shift.Scan all persons entering the premises, including team members.Be observant of guests leaving the branch.No bags or weapons are allowed inside the premises.Manage difficult customer situations appropriately.Code of Conduct Maintain professionalism while on duty.No smoking or use of cell phones while on duty.Report for duty fit for work and remain alert.Values Actively promote the Hollywood values and lead by example.Other Report absenteeism to the Branch Manager / Senior Team Leader 2 hours before your shift begins.Able to work in a rotating shift and flexible hours.Maintain physical fitness in line with job requirements.What You'll Bring To the Team Good communication skillsAbility to accurately follow processes and tasksProblem-solving skillsDedication and responsibilityStrong business acumenFocus on guest needsSo, are you ready to level up, learn, and perform at your best?
