Finding creative solutions to complex web / mobile app challengesConfidently explaining UX decisions to clients & gather feedbackTesting product assumptions with users and gathering feedbackAnalysing web traffic or user testing data to answer UX questionsDrive all wireframe iterations until sign-offAttend client meetings to define strategy and requirementsBrief the UI design team on the UX decisions and screen flowsRequirements:Minimum of 2yrs experience as a UI/UX DesignerA strong digital portfolio showcasing UX research and prototypes for functional web and mobile applicationsThe ability to analyse competitors, user data, research, and present findingsA strong proficiency in low-fidelity wireframing & prototyping (Axure, Figma or similar) while remaining up to date with tech & design tools and trendsGood communication skills and the ability to sell your UX designs to clients and your team members alikeA reputation amongst colleagues for meticulous attention to detailExperience in fast and effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities
