KEY RESPONSIBILITIESInstructor Duties:Develop and deliver training programs on UAV Ground Control Stations (GCS), covering operational procedures, software interfaces, telemetry systems, and communication protocols.Conduct hands-on training sessions to teach personnel about GCS setup, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.Create and refine instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and simulations, to facilitate effective learning.Technician Duties:Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on UAV GCS hardware and software components.Ensure that GCS systems are fully operational and meet performance standards and regulatory requirements.Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical issues and enhance GCS functionality.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain precise records of training activities, participant progress, and certification results.Prepare detailed technical reports on GCS maintenance, repairs, and operational incidents.Safety and Compliance:Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during both training and GCS maintenance tasks.Stay current with industry regulations and best practices related to UAV GCS operations and safety.
