Oversee and manage the companys fund allocation to ensure optimal use of financial resources and monitor performance to align with the organizations strategic goals. Analyse financial data to make informed strategic decisions regarding investments, ensuring alignment with the companys long-term growth and profitability objectives. Prepare and manage detailed cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity and the smooth running of operations.
