Are You Someone Who Can: Understand key competitors, global trends, sector dynamics and key macro environmental forces to analyse Product/Sector-wide opportunities and challengesUnderstand the critical micro-environmental impacts and relationships i.e. client performance trends, financial data, debt profile, gearing, projected cash flows, operations to support differentiated funding solutions e.g. off-shore opportunities, acquisition and empowerment financingUnderstand and stay close to the needs, demands, perceptions and lending behaviours of clients to ensure successful deal support/enablementThis includes undertaking research to enable targeted origination planning for potential clients and strategic partnersSupport the on-going monitoring of the deal which may include: covenant breaches and late paymentsSupport solutioning approaches where considerations will include: client requirements, regulations, internal risk frameworksYou Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You: 1 - 2 years' experience in Leveraged Finance / Finance / Principal Investments / Quasi Equity and Mezzanine FinancingDegree: CA(SA), Honours or Masters qualification in Actuarial Science, Finance and Accounting, Mathematics of Finance, Engineering or similar and equivalentYou Will Have Access To: Opportunities to network and collaborateChallenging WorkingOpportunities to innovateWe Can Be a Match If You Are: Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough toObsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do itAre you interested to take the step?
