Job Description Develop a variety of extrusion-related courses and create relevant online training material.
Manage online training platforms, ensuring all courses are up-to-date, accessible, and functioning smoothly for both trainers and participants.
Coordinate the planning and execution of training conferences, including venue selection, logistics, and on-site management.
Liaise with speakers and delegates to provide information on training schedules, registration processes, and address any inquiries or concerns.
Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness, gathering feedback from participants to inform future training initiatives.
Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, participant feedback, and certification completion.
Prepare reports on training metrics, including participation rates, satisfaction scores, and overall impact on employee performance.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to continuously improve program offerings.
Qualifications Relevant tertiary qualification 3+ years' experience in development of training courses and material 3+ years proven experience in technical training administration Solid understanding online training platforms – experience in Teachable will be an advantage.
Additional Information Key skills required: Technical Skills: Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Knowledge of extrusion technology and plant operations is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging training materials.
Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross functional teams and build strong relationships with clients.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
