Our client based in Pretoria is looking to appoint a Training Coordinator.To provide an efficient and effective training administration service to the relevant parties' network with regard to both technical and non-technical training.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCertification (Non-Technical) and compliance (Technical)Support Learning and Development Planning by issuing Dealer Views as at end of August of each year to compile Demand Plan and supply consolidated feedback to Support Services Lead by portfolio.Identify eligible candidates annually for certification and compliance qualifications as per Dealer Views.Establish relationships with all dealers in your portfolioIdentify eligible candidates annually for certification and compliance qualifications as per Dealer Views.When pricing and calendar for the next year are finalized, book all eligible / identified delegates on the full certification path by the end of February to ensure certification and compliance target achievement.
Quarter-one training to be fully booked where possible by the end of December of the previous business year.Review monthly trackers received from the Reporting Lead, identify additional delegates for all certification and compliance qualifications and contact their managers via email and telephone to promote compliance.Adhere to seat utilization and portfolio % target achievement.New starters in network – comply with all training requirements according to portfolio specifications and indicated timeframes, generally within 3 months of appointment.VCT Sessions scheduled, loaded, links created, invitations sent to eligible delegates and reminders sent before sessions as per trainer/coordinator split.Delegates who do not attend training are rescheduled in line with Certification Trackers.Update Training Plan Presentations if requested or required.Ensure that catering is ordered timeously for the following week in all regionsEnsure that all registers are printed and distributed for the next week's trainingEnsure that training rooms are allocated to trainers for the following week, monthly in advanceEnsure that training material is printed and distributed monthly in advance together with pre- and post-tests.Training Portfolio ManagementAchieve a seat utilization target as set annually and in line with Brand portfolio targets.Share Coordinator Tracker sheets with Support Lead and save on shared drive.
Reflect calls to dealers for all courses not at seat utilization target with reasons for non-attendance by the dealers and flag to Brand Consultants.Where demand exceeds capacity (waitlists), liaise with Support Services Lead to schedule more offerings as required.Manage efficient training coordination, including logistics, session management, venue bookings, material printing and distribution and travel bookings in accordance with split.Communicate professionally with delegates and their managers in relation to training invitations, confirmations and reminders.
