Trainee Allocator

Stock Allocation: Assist in the allocation of stock to various locations based on sales forecasts, stock levels, and demand. Monitor and adjust stock replenishment as needed to ensure optimal availability. Reporting: Assist in the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports. Track stock movement and highlight discrepancies or anomalies. Communication: Liaise with store teams, suppliers, and distribution centers to ensure smooth stock replenishment. Work closely with the merchandising and buying teams to understand product performance and seasonal needs. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory to minimize overstocking and understocking situations. Help track delivery schedules and stock arrival times. System Support: Learn and use allocation software and inventory management systems. Input and update data in the system to reflect accurate stock levels and allocations. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Related qualification Skills: Strong numerical and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and other MS Office tools. Attention to detail and accuracy in data management. Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external vendors. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Personal Attributes: Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Proactive and able to work independently. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
