THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE is to maintain and repair electrical and mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring reliable plant availability and production targets, while also assuming responsibility for additional sections during after-hour shifts.THE NON-NEGOTIABLE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS ARE:Grade 12/N3 or NQF4 Equivalent AND Trade Tested as a Millwright WITH 3-6 years experience in the maintenance of heavy machinery within a continuous production environment Basic knowledge and exposure to PLC's, hydraulics and pneumaticsResiding in White River, or within reasonable traveling distance (or willing to relocate) AND willing to work shiftsSound health with a valid certificate of fitness (or willingness to undergo a medical) Proficiency with working on Microsoft Office NB! Responsible for the whole Plant while on standby.
