Applicants are required to meet the following criteria: Grade 12 with toolmaker or related trade test qualification essentialWorking knowledge of press tooling and shop floor experience6+ years production / technical experience in a manufacturing environment / production facility in the Press Shop DeptKnowledge of IATF quality systemAble to set, operate and maintain all machines within press shop environmentMS Office literate with high energy levelsThe successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:An understanding or involvement of Press tool design as well as the ability to set up new tools and Tool developmentFully understand CAD drawingsAbility to work in 3D modelling programmesAttend to all tooling and machine breakdowns.Ability to manufacture and repair Press Tools, jigs, and fixtures.Ability to changeover Press tools for different component set upsEnsure sufficient stock for high wearing and high-volume running toolsOrdering of machine sparesStaff management and trainingDevelop and co-ordinate continuous improvementAdhere to all Health and Safety guidelinesSalary: R22 000.000 R35 .000.00 per month dependent on experience
