Tmm Foreman - Mining

Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking a TMM Foreman to join their mining company in North-West.
As a TMM Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM) fleet on the mine site.
Responsibilities: Coordinate maintenance activities and monitor equipment availability to ensure production targets are met.
Responsible for conducting preventive maintenance and scheduling legal inspections of machinery and equipment.
Organize or assist in the implementation of the mine's environmental policies and procedures as required by operations.
Responsible for minimizing downtime and assessing risks (e.g., performing Root Cause Analysis) within the assigned area.
Execute and approve administrative tasks, including managing relevant systems (e.g., Modern Flow, ESS, X-Time).
Ensure the availability of spare parts within the area of responsibility.
Perform standby duties and respond to equipment breakdowns.
Requirements Grade 12 Relevant Trade Test Certificate (Fitter, Diesel Mechanic, Electrician, or Auto Electrician) 5 years' experience as a TMM Foreman or similar role in the mining industry.
Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering would be advantageous.
Extensive knowledge and experience of Trackless Mobile Machinery (TMM).
