Technical Trainer

Leaders in the Packaging industry is seeking a Training Specialist to create and sustain a progressive learning environment at their plant based in the Western Cape.
As the successful candidate, your responsibilities will include initiating, preparing, and evaluating the training and development process, including arranging venues and other resources, implementing assessments, applying recognised evaluation processes, and promoting a learning culture in the organisation.
