You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to applicants who encounter issues or struggle with technology during their verification process. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of software platforms and data review.ResponsibilitiesTechnical SupportProvide first-level technical support via phone, email, or chat for software issues.Maintain a thorough knowledge of the product to provide accurate information and support.Feedback and ImprovementGather customer feedback and insights to share with product and development teams.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance product features based on customer needs.Metrics and ReportingTrack customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system.Product KnowledgeParticipate in ongoing training and development initiatives.QualificationsKnowledge of software troubleshooting techniques across various applications.Familiarity with Jira for tracking support requests is desirable.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.1-3 years of experience in customer support or customer success is ideal, preferably in a SaaS environment.Join us as a Technical Support Specialist where you can make a significant impact by helping others resolve their technical challenges!Job Type: Full-timePay: From R326000,00 per year
