About the role: As a Technical Support Engineer at Capitec in Stellenbosch, you'll play a crucial role in providing technology support to users across various locations. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, repairing faulty equipment, and collaborating with vendors to ensure seamless operations.
With a focus on Microsoft hardware, software, and Azure fundamentals, you'll be key to keeping our systems running smoothly. The ideal candidates would need to have the AZ900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.
3-5+ years of experience in a Technical Support Engineer role 1-2 years of experience in Azure Diagnostic principles and troubleshooting within a corporate environment Client/Vendor relationship management practices and principles A+/N+ certificate Communications Skills Interpersonal & Relationship management Skills Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook) Analytical Skills Education: A Qualification in Information Technology Azure Fundamentals certification – AZ900 (needs to be provided) Ideal: A+ and N+ certified If you are interested in being part of this dynamic team, on a mission to build the best bank in the world through unlocking the potential of its people, please apply.
