QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: National Diploma - Engineering or similar qualificationMinimum of 5 years in a technical field (e.g. engineering, operations)Proven experience in technical leadership, project management, and team managementStrong technical expertise in a specific area (operations, engineering)Experience in gas operations and maintenance is advantageousExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsCRITICAL EXPERIENCE:Filling OperationsMonitoring and maintenance of plant and associated operationsManaging plant employeesManaging stock levelsManaging contractors on siteRecord keepingIncident investigation and reportingAdditional training or certifications in gas operations preferred
