Role Summary: Technical Specialist, Officer in Charge for service attendances, Project Manager for special projects like crane upgrades. Responsible for date monitoring regarding technical advice, service attendances, and crane upgrades, and support for the spare parts coordinators.Responsibilities:Technical support and coordination with HQ.Arranging and coordinating service attendances.Pro-active approach to service/customer support, including crane upgrades and spare parts planning.Handling of enquiries.Forwarding service information and ensuring safety-relevant service information is installed/followed.Quoting upgrades, services, and non-standard solutions, including follow-up and evaluation of not received orders.Technical support for warranty and goodwill cases.Issuing and checking stage invoices.Preparation of project-specific documentation such as method statements and risk analyses.Monitoring debtors' accounts and active collection of outstanding invoices with the accounts department.Journal duty at weekends and bank holidays.Checking and following up on work reports and signing hour reports.Filing project or work-specific correspondence, including certificates, data, protocols, and emails.Support of commissioning jobs in the area of the MSC.Minimum Requirements:Completed technical apprenticeship/Diploma (mechatronic or a combination of electric, electronic, mechanic, and hydraulic technologies).At least 6 years' experience as a Service Engineer on Port equipment.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Demonstrated initiative to visualize, organize, manage, and complete projects in individual and group settings.Field experience as Service Engineer on Port Equipment.Ability to interface with all levels of staff and customers.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information.Ability to coordinate and plan service attendances with a pro-active approach.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Ability to work alone and willingness to travel.High tolerance for stress and work pressure.Well organized and reliable.Additional Skills:Customer service skills.Teamwork.Quality Management.Organizational Support.Judgment and decision-making skills.Observance of safety and security procedures.Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
