Job Title: Teacher English FETLocation: Pinnacle College Ridge ViewJob Type: Full-timeResponsibilities:- Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons to Further Education and Training (FET) students- Develop appropriate and engaging curriculum materials for English classes- Provide constructive feedback and support to students to help them improve their English skills- Monitor and assess student progress to ensure learning objectives are being met- Collaborate with colleagues and other staff members to create a positive learning environment- Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and parent-teacher conferencesRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in English or related field- Teaching qualification/certification- Previous experience teaching English to FET students preferred- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to a diverse range of learners- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Knowledge of current educational trends and best practices in language teaching- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailPinnacle College Ridge View is set to welcome its inaugural Grade 8 and Grade 9 classes in January 2025.
