Key Responsibilities:

Drive renewal processes and manage technical renewals
Assist in driving policy and manage the renewals process
Review claims and underwriting processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage the underwriting process and ensure accurate and timely decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency

Requirements:

Re5 Certificate
Full qualification NQF 4 or NQF 5
FSCA
10 years of experience in short-term insurance
Computer literate
Knowledge of underwriting process and insurance principles
