BGR Alluvium Incorporated located in Stellenbosch,is seeking a Tax Administrator to join their team of professionals.This position will report directly to the Directors and the Tax Manager.You will be assisting the Tax Manager to ensure that BGR Alluvium and its clients comply with all the applicable tax laws and regulations.
**Primary Outcomes**Provide internal support to Tax Manager and clients in respect of SARS and E-filing issuesRe-allocation of tax paymentsSubmission of supporting documentsBank updates via eFilingPenalty remission requestsTCC and AIT requestsPublic Officer updatesRAV updatesAssist with Ad hoc tax tasksLiaising with clients as requiredDealing with tax refund mattersNew client registration on e-FilingReturn queries with SARSLodging and escalation of complaintsAttending meetings with SARSDividends Tax ReturnsDonations Tax returns**Competencies**Effective organization of daily tasks (time management, planning, administration and reporting skills, meeting deadlines)Client focusedSARS e-filing and SOQS expertiseMicrosoft OfficeGreatsoft Software knowledge will be an added advantage**Job Requirements**:Audit or Accounting: 3 years (Required)Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Required)**Salary**: Market related, but negotiable based on experience.Job Type: Full-timeExperience:Audit or Accounting: 3 years (Required)Language:Afrikaans and English (Required)Application Deadline: 2024/10/31
