Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Talent Development Partner who specializes in Facilitation, Content Development, Leadership Development.Role DescriptionThe Talent Development Partner will be responsible for the execution of in-house leadership development programmes. They will also be responsible for taking the lead on customized learning programmes to address specific learning gaps, creating designated learning pathways within our online learning systems.Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:In-person & virtual facilitation of leadership and soft skill specific learning programmesCustomized content curation specifically leadership and soft skills related contentMonitoring & Evaluation of the various learning solution outcomesProduce learning feedback reports on performance of specific interventions including online learning programmesDeployment and monitoring of business mandatory learningManagement of online learning system including course updates, version control, new course sign-off, and course performancePlan, schedule and report on learning interventionsConsult and engage with business leaders on learning interventions across business unitsProvide solutions for additional training interventions for individual needsManagement of new starter, movers and leavers within the LMS systemManagement of the Talent Development email communication boxManagement & maintenance of existing course content.Experience RequiredA minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a Learning and Development environmentFacilitation experience particularly in soft skills and leadershipExperience in Facilitation across different audiences in organizationsVirtual facilitation experiencePlanning, scheduling & implementation of end-to-end training programsManagement & reporting of training programs & interventionsLMS and E-Learning platform management experienceBespoke content creation for learning solutionsExperience in a similar role within a Contact Centre is essentialContent Development and curation experience is essentialQualificationMatricAccredited ETD PractitionerRelevant Tertiary QualificationSkills & KnowledgeKnowledge on various soft skills topics in order to convey them authenticallyAble to connect with individuals in group settingsExcellent listening skillsExcellent stage presenceEffective communication skillsAble to receive and give feedback appropriatelyExcellent understanding & application of training methodologiesProficient in full office suiteTechnical skills regarding facilitation mediaKnowledge & practical experience on LMS platformsExcellent organizational & planning skillsStrong administrative skillsStrong attention to detailStrong networking capabilitiesExcellent collaborator & team playerAdaptability in a fast-paced environmentCritical thinking & creative solutioningCore Behaviours:To work with Huntswood's employees are described as dependable, driven and collaborative.
