Job OverviewYou will manage the end-to-end process for all advisor recruitment including but not limited to the attraction, screening, assessment and placement . Working closely with various stakeholders and your HR colleagues to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.The scope of the role will include supporting recruitment activities in the following functions / areas:Operations – all advisor level recruitment for various campaigns across the businessOperations - supporting functions such as Team Leaders, Operations Leaders (adhoc)Job ResponsibilitiesClearly understand the recruitment requirements by engaging with the Operations team and client where applicableAll roles are to be advertised on the agreed to platformsManage stakeholder expectations, by maintaining agreed timelines & SLAsCandidate profiling and interview tools are designed in line with the specific business unit requirementsRecruitment is conducted as per the agreed process, including necessary approvals, feedback and placementAll interview records are validated for completenessRequired notifications are actioned as per agreed timelinesQuality control mechanisms have been employed and all records and documents are securely stored in preparation for auditsEnsure an exception candidate experience by keeping candidates well informedBuild ongoing talent pools of eligible candidatesProvide industry insights and guidance to hiring managers and wider teamReceive and monitor progress of new startersAct as a brand ambassadorJob Requirements:Minimum of matric qualificationRelevant HR tertiary qualification preferred.Computer proficiency in MS OfficeMinimum 2 years' of high-volume BPO industry experienceExperience partnering with managers, interviewers and team members throughout the recruitment process.It is essential for candidates to have recruited for/ worked in the same industry in the past, and to have handled high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.Must have competency-based interviewing experience.Must be well organized and place great emphasis on quality but also quick delivery, with a sense of urgency.Must display a passion for recruitment with an innovative, creative, collaborative attitude.Skills Required:Attention to detail.Deadline driven and ability to management time effectively.Ability to work under pressure.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCompetency based interviewing techniqueStakeholder managementCore Behaviours:Huntswood's employees are described as dependable, driven and collaborative.The job holder should be able to demonstrate they are:Confidential, reliable and genuineDynamic, passionate and determinedFriendly, compassionate and cooperative"It's not just about what we do, but the way we do it.
