A leading workforce solutions company, driven to grow people, businesses and economies through connections that allow them to realize their potential has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Gauteng.The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for recruitment and selection across the Group, including Recruitment Selection, Sourcing, Attracting Candidate, Managing Recruitment Campaigns, Interviewing prospective employees that best suits the organisations short-term and long-term goals.Matric/Grade 12 is essentialNational Diploma in Human Resource or similar is preferable5 years' experience within a Talent Acquisition roleExperience with workforce planning is essentialEngage with Hiring Managers to understand businesses recruitment needsDetermine selection criteriaDisplays a practical understanding of large corporate recruitment needs, value propositions, functional business structures, reporting lines, systems and work processes that support these objectivesBuild relationships with stakeholders on different levels to support the business needsAnalyse, forecast, plan workforce supply and demand with the ability to assess gaps and determine talent management interventions to ensure the organisation has the right employees with the correct skills for the business short-term, medium-term and long-term strategiesRun effective recruitment campaigns and talent pool candidates for current and future recruitment needs accordinglyExperience with strategic sourcing (Boolean Searching, Head Hunting, etc.)Develop and design job descriptions according to business needs and requirementsCreate standard interview guides and drive fair recruitment processesAssess candidates applications and long list and shortlist candidates according to business needsProvide business with key talent insights and reportingDrive the full recruitment cycle with the ability to use various interview techniques to identify best fit to the business (Experience with competency based interviewing)Manage the Application Tracking SystemRun salary analysis and understand job grading and banding methodologies
