In this strategic role, you will be key to driving Playroll's ambitious growth by attracting and securing top talent to support our scaling operations. You'll build trusted partnerships with stakeholders, ensuring our hiring processes are effective and continuously optimized. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, focusing on sourcing, headhunting, recruitment strategy, interviewing, and onboarding top talent locally and internationally.You'll need both technical expertise and creativity to excel in this fast-paced environment, helping to drive the rapid expansion of our headcount. This position offers international exposure, professional growth, and the chance to collaborate with a forward-thinking team where your input is valued, and challenging the status quo is encouraged daily.Role & ResponsibilitiesLead full-cycle recruitment efforts for senior and specialized positions across various departments.Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop customized recruitment strategies.Proactively source and engage passive candidates through innovative channels (LinkedIn, networking events, etc.).Manage the candidate experience from sourcing to offer, ensuring an exceptional journey for all applicants.Drive an objective, fair, and effective interview and selection process that focuses on identifying top talent while minimizing unconscious bias.Collaborate with hiring managers to continuously improve their interviewing skills, providing training and coaching to ensure best practices are followed.Utilize data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve the efficiency of the hiring process.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Collaborate with HR and other cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires.Champion Playroll's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure Playroll remains competitive in attracting top talent.
