Santam Human Resources has two positions available for a dynamic, results-orientated and client-centric Talent Acquisition Lead who will be based in Gauteng or Western Cape.These positions will support the below Business Units:Client SolutionsBroker SolutionsThis role will be responsible for leading a team to deliver a full end-to-end talent acquisition (TA) service in a specific region. The role will ensure we deliver a professional TA service that includes sourcing, interviewing, conducting integrity checks, and offer management.
