Position: Business Systems AnalystReporting To: Managing Executive ITWe are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, driving innovation in alignment with IT strategies.
This role is integral to designing, improving, and implementing systems that enhance organisational efficiency and meet business goals.Key Responsibilities:Gather and analyse business requirements, creating functional specifications and use cases.Design and improve business processes in collaboration with stakeholders.Work closely with software development teams, including developers, project managers, and QA analysts, to ensure solutions align with business needs.Test and validate software to ensure functionality and compliance with requirements.Provide training and support to end-users for effective software utilisation.Develop financial reports and initiate data quality improvement initiatives.Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring successful project delivery.Qualifications & Experience:BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of business systems analysis experience, preferably within the Microsoft Stack.Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CE, and Field Services is essential.Solid understanding of business operations and process performance improvement.Valid SA drivers license.Technical Skills:IT certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional).Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Management Reporter.Strong analytical skills with experience in data quality initiatives and reporting.Core Competencies:Result orientation, initiative, and stress tolerance.Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships.Analytical thinking, problem analysis, and planning skills.Ability to manage change and deal with ambiguity.
